¿WHO I AM?

My name is Marta Llana. I am a Freelance Executive Assistant and founder of Marta Llana Executive Assistant, a small business that was founded in Amsterdam and is now based in Málaga.

After several years working in management, coordination, and executive support roles, I decided to start this project to offer a more flexible and personal service adapted to modern ways of working.

I help professionals and companies organize their day-to-day operations: coordinating tasks, streamlining processes, and freeing up time so they can focus on what truly matters.

While most of my collaborations are carried out online, I also provide on-site support in Málaga and surrounding areas.

I consider myself an organized, empathetic, and committed person who enjoys bringing structure and efficiency to the projects I’m part of.

My goal is to continue building trusted relationships and to provide solutions that make my clients’ work easier.

Held the position of Executive Assistant to the General Manager, with responsibilities including office management, support to department directors, meeting room preparation, and event organization Key tasks included calendar management, creation of sales dossiers, organization of meetings, and room setup
